PRIVACY

Your details.
A clear purpose.

Last updated 1 November 2026. This notice explains how NivoRaq Studio handles enquiries and website usage counts.

01

Project enquiries

When you submit a form, we receive your name, email, optional mobile number and brand, project answers and message in our studio mailbox. We use these to respond, understand your requirements and manage any resulting project.

  • Only provide information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send passwords or payment details through the forms.
  • Your enquiry stays in our studio mailbox for correspondence and project administration. You can request correction or deletion through the contact form or by calling +91 99955 12731.
  • Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

02

Website counts

We use a small first-party counter hosted on our VPS to understand which pages are viewed and whether people start or successfully submit an enquiry.

  • Counters store only a UTC date, an approved page path, an event name and a total count, retained for up to 90 days.
  • Analytics stores no names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, IP addresses, full referrers or URL query strings. It uses no cookies, visitor IDs or fingerprinting.
  • Our browser counter respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Successful enquiry counts are recorded by the server only after the mail service accepts the enquiry, and respect those request headers.
  • Counts are approximate activity totals, not unique visitors. Reloads, tests and bots may affect them.

03

Hosting and access

Website requests are processed by our hosting and network providers. Operational web-server logs may contain request information such as an IP address for troubleshooting and security.

  • Enquiry and analytics endpoints do not write request bodies or visitor details to application logs. Temporary in-memory rate limits help prevent abuse.
  • Aggregate reports are private and accessible through our server administration access. They are not published on this website.
  • Links to external project sites follow those sites’ own privacy practices.
